This is an office-based opportunity in Amityville for a senior loan officer who wants support, structure, and a steady stream of warm opportunities to convert preapprovals and closings.

This role is for an experienced

full-time loan officer that knows how to close loans.

You will be assigned 2 dedicated associate phone reps whose job is to call hundreds of exclusive leads, create conversations, surface intent, and feed you warm opportunities. Your job is to convert that activity into applications and funded loans while helping those reps improve every day.

This is both a production role and a leadership role. You are expected to close business, review calls, sharpen rep performance, and make sure strong leads do not die in follow-up.

  • 2 dedicated phone reps assigned to support your production

  • Reps call hundreds of exclusive leads daily

  • Expected lead flow of 1 to 2 qualified opportunities per day

  • Office-based role in Amityville

  • Formal business attire, suit-and-tie environment

  • Commission only with aggressive commission opportunity

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years closing loans as a licensed originator

  • Comfortable working files in an LOS

  • Able to cut document-verified preapprovals

  • Able to meet clients and collect documents

  • Strong phone sales ability

  • Strong in-person sales ability

  • Sales management experience is a plus, even from another industry

Your reps will bring you opportunities, your job is to close them.

What you will do:

  • Review both reps’ live and recorded calls daily

  • Coach both reps on openings, pacing, objections, and transfers

  • Take warm transfers and close them into completed applications

  • Step into live calls when extra skill is needed

  • Rework stalled, ghosted, and high-potential leads

  • Own follow-up so strong leads do not cool off

  • Audit notes, lead statuses, and dispositions daily

  • Roleplay with reps every day to improve performance

  • Watch transfer rate, application rate, and pull-through

  • Give the branch manager a short recap each day on what is working and what is being corrected

Schedule

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM Review prior calls, audit leads, and set rep priorities.
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Morning huddle with reps. Review goals, hot leads, and script focus.
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM All Home Huddle with quick words from leadership.
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Conversion block. Take transfers and push applications forward.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Pipeline and document follow-up.
1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Conversion block. Rework leads and stay focused on applications.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Scoreboard reset and rep check-in.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Final conversion block and personal pipeline work.
6:00 PM - 6:15 PM End-of-day recap and next steps.
After 6:15 PM Client appointments and document follow-up can be highly effective in the evening.
Saturday Office Hours
Come in for extra follow-up, in-person document appointments, and active file work.
Sunday Open House Opportunity
Use open houses to meet buyers, build agent relationships, and create new preapproval conversations.

Weekday Office Hours: 9:30AM - 6:15PM

Structured days focused on live conversion, pipeline follow-up, huddles and moving applications forward, with additional opportunity in the evening for client appointments and document collection.
