You will work directly with 2 associate reps whose job is to create conversations, surface intent, and tee up real lending opportunities for you to close.

At allhome., you are assigned 2 dedicated associate phone reps whose job is to call hundreds of exclusive leads, create conversations, surface intent, and feed you warm opportunities. Your job is to convert that activity into applications and funded loans while helping those reps improve every day.

This is both a production role and a leadership role. You are expected to close business, review calls, sharpen rep performance, and make sure strong leads do not die in follow-up.
